We are very excited about the conference this year and have a great event planned. Clayton is a wonderful host city! Below I have listed some helpful information and instructions for the conference.

Tuesday, March 13 – Thursday, March 15, 2018


As an Exhibitor of the conference, you are provided with two (2) Complimentary Conference Registrations.

  • Click here to review the SCHEDULE and then click here to REGISTER.
  • Select the option for Full Conference Registration.
  • Next, you will see a place to enter a Coupon Code. Upon entering the Coupon Code, the cost of the registration will be deducted from your final total.  If you lost the email with the Coupon Code, email Sharon Tripp and tell her you need your code.
  • Please check any additional sessions/activities that you plan to attend so that we have an accurate headcount.
  • You must check that you are attending the reception so that we can get an accurate headcount.

Our conference accommodations are filling up fast so if you have not made reservations, do that as soon as possible.  We have several hotels with block rates for the conference.

Conference Headquarters will be at The Clayton Center / Clayton Town Hall, 111 East Second Street and all conference activities are within two blocks of the Center.   Registration, Keynotes, Exhibitions, Welcome Reception, Awards Dinner, Champion Breakfast, Award Programs and some of the Breakout Sessions will be held at The Clayton Center.


Above is a map that shows where to park.  Please place a sheet of paper on your car dash with EXHIBITOR written in large print.  That will allow our volunteers to make sure that only exhibitors are using this designated parking area.   The area is located directly behind the Clayton Center.  There will be volunteers in the lot helping to direct traffic and give guidance on where to park, etc.



In the Conference Brochure, there are several times specifically promoted to spend with Exhibitors:


  • 12:00-2:00       Time with Exhibitors
  • 6:00-7:30         Welcome Reception with the Exhibitors


  • 9:15-10:00       Time with Exhibitors
  • 11:15-1:15       Lunch Break – Time with Exhibitors
  • 2:30-3:00         Time with Exhibitors

You may begin setting up at The Clayton Center anytime between 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, March 13.  All exhibitor spaces will have an 8-foot skirted table and 2 chairs are provided.


Exhibit Breakdown needs to begin as soon as the last break is over at 3:00 p.m. and must be completed by 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 14.


We will provide each registered attendee a conference bag and plan on assembling 600 bags.  If you would like to provide promotional items or collateral material for the bags, you are welcome to do so.  Ship any materials for the bags (600 pieces) to

The Opening Reception with Exhibitors is hosted by Clayton.  It will be at The Clayton Center and Clayton Town Hall.  It is a great opportunity to socialize with the attendees on Tuesday night 


We have created two dedicated pages with logos, links, and descriptions for our Sponsors and Exhibitors. These pages will remain in place until January 1, 2019.  After January 1st, we will update the pages with our 2019 Sponsors and Exhibitors.   We feel these pages will serve as a resource to our downtown professionals.


If you have a giveaway drawing that will take place at your booth during the conference and would like for us to help you get the word out,  just send me an email and I’ll add it to your listing on the website!   You will be responsible for contacting the winners.
